1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2019, registered at Police Station Kotraroad, District Raigarh for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 368/34 of the IPC.

2. It is alleged that at the instance of the present applicant, his son, coaccused Resham Lal Ratre abducted the prosecutrix and since thereafter the prosecutrix is not traceable.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the concerned Sessions Court shall consider and dispose of the application expeditiously.
