The instant CRMP has been filed for correction in the name of the police station in the order dated 27/08/2018 passed in MCRC No. 5541/2018. In the aforesaid order dated 27/08/2018, name of Police Station is mentioned as Kusmunda, District- Korba. 3.

It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that name of Police Station- Kusmunda, District Korba was inadvertently wrongly mentioned in the bail application itself. It has been further submitted that the correct name of the Police Station is Baloda, District JanjgirChampa. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the order dated 27/08/2018 passed in MCRC No. 5541/2018, in place of Police StationKusmunda, District- Korba, correct name of Police Station - Baloda,

District Janjgir-Champa be read.

The instant CRMP is accordingly disposed of.
