1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Central Jail, Raipur to Central Jail, Ambikapur.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been frequently shifted from one place to another and the petitioner for last 1 1⁄2 year is working at Khairagarh and Rajnandgaon before that the petitioner has worked for a period of more than 7 months at Central Jail Ambikapur.
3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within 10 days and considering the facts and circumstances of the case particularly that of petitioner being
frequently shifted from one place to another, the respondent No.1 should consider and decide the representation at the earliest. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P/1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
