1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 11/10/2017, four weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to file proper paper book. The said order was complied with and paper book was filed on 09/11/2017 which was well within the stipulated period, but it appears that paper book was filed with some default and the writ petition was directly dismissed.

2. Be that as it may, since the paper book was filed well within time as per the order dated 11/10/2017, this M.C.C. is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
