MCRC No.8874 of 2020 was posted on 9.12.2020. However, the final order typed and uploaded in the official website of the High Court of Chhattisgarh carries the date of order as "9.10.2020".

To put the record straight, it is necessary to correct the mistake, therefore, it is directed that the date of final order passed in MCRC No. 8874 of 2020 be read as "9.12.2020" instead of "9.10.2020".

Accordingly, the CRMP is disposed of.
