Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., with liberty to the applicant to surrender himself and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court on the same day.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is observed that if the applicant so advised may surrender himself and move a regular bail application before the concerned trial Court.
