1. The present petition is not directed against any specific order passed by the learned Family Court, Durg, C.G.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Civil Suit No.842/2019 on 23.10.2019, in which the respondent side has given appearance. However, the learned Family Court has not taken any interest to take up the proceeding and conclude the case so far. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction by this Court.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The learned Family Court, Durg is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the same preferably within a period of 09 months from the date of passing of this order.
