On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 25.11.2020 passed in W.P.(T) No.98 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(T) No.98 of 2020 is restored to its original number. Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of W.P.(T) No.98 of 2020 is allowed.
