1. This case has been listed in office reference.

2. Vide order dated 05.06.2020 passed in MCRC No.1812/2020 this Court had directed the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible preferably within six months.

3. Now, vide request letter dated 04.12.2020 received from the Additional District & Sessions Judge (F.T.C), Surajpur, District: Surajpur (C.G.) further one month time has been sought for disposal of the trial pending before him in Sessions Trial No.02/2019.

4. After due consideration, the Trial Court is granted further one month's time for disposal of the trial.

5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of.
