This is second MCC which has been filed arising out of the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in WPS No.4495 of 2018. The earlier MCC was for modification of the cause title so far as the name of the petitioner is concerned.

Now this second MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order so far as the post which the petitioner was holding. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the present MCC stands allowed and the status of the petitioner be read as Assistant Statistical Officer in place of Assistant Account Officer. Let a copy of this MCC be made part of the original writ petition i.e. WPS No.4495 of 2018.
