This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order passed by this Court on 25.06.2019 in Writ Petition (S) No.2860 of 2018. 2.

When the matter was taken up in the first round, no one appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to prosecute the matter and the matter was passed

over. In the second round, when the matter is again taken up, no one appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

In view of above, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the contempt petition for want of prosecution.
