This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.188/2020 registered at Police Station Kumhari, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 456/34 of the IPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submit that with passage of time, the bail application has become infructuous.
