The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail as he is in jail since 16.10.2021 in connection with Crime No. 1350/2021 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application since final report has already been submitted on 17.12.2021 itself, however, he would submit that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

The prayer seems to be just and proper.

Considering the case that the applicant is in jail since last two months, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make endeavours to

conclude the trial within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 5.

The bail application filed by the applicant is dismissed with aforesaid observations.
