1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, C.G. making a request for extension of time granted for conclusion of proceeding in M.J.C. No.219/2019 between the parties Smt. Preeti Shyam Kunwar Vs. Ranjeet Shyam Kunwar.

2. This Court had while disposing off the Cr.R. No.159/2020 on 31.01.2020 directed the learned Family Court to dispose off the pending proceeding before the Family Court within a period of 03 months. As it is mentioned

-2in the P.U.D. that because of the lockdown and covid situation, the proceedings could not be taken up and decided within the time granted, therefore, I feel inclined to allow the request made in the P.U.D. and the time is granted for disposal of the case mentioned hereinabove within a period of further 04 months from the date of passing of this order.
