Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made two complaints against her husband Rajesh Mahilange. On the first complaint registered at Mahila Thana, Bilaspur, the offence under Section 498-A of IPC has been registered against Rajesh Mahilange, the husband of the petitioner, whereas in the second complainant, filed in the month of February, 2020 with regard to the forged signature on the documents of divorce proceeding, no offence has been registered.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
