1. The counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the limited prayer that he seeks at this juncture is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner has filed in respect of the functioning of the said trust.

2. The said limited request is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
