The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 26.6.2017 in connection with Crime No. 117/2017 registered at Police StationVidhansabha, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of IPC.

Having heard the contentions put forth on either side and considering the nature of offence committed by the Applicant and the fact that the stolen articles have been recovered from his possession and which also stands established from the receipts of the stolen articles which were in possession of the Complainant, prima facie, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of bail to the Applicant at this juncture.
