The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.S No. 4232 of 2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 18.06.2019.

For the reasons given in the MCC, subject to the petitioner/applicant depositing cost of Rs. 1500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 7 days and on furnishing the receipt of the deposit so made, the Writ Petition No. 4232 of 2019 would stand restored to its original number. The petitioner/applicant shall also ensure the default in the writ petition is further cured in a period of further 10 days, failing which the order passed herein would lose its efficacy. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed.
