Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of compensation deposited by the Claims Tribunal in the fixed deposit is required by the petitioner for her treatment for which she has made an application before the Claims Tribunal but the same has been rejected against which this writ petition has been preferred. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application supported by the documents that will be considered by the Claims Tribunal after due enquiry and will be decided in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
