2. It is contended that the land of the petitioner was acquired, however, adequate compensation and the employment as per the policy of the SECL was not provided to the petitioner and his family, therefore, the petitioner had filed a representation before the concerned authority on 05.03.2019. Learned counsel

for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the only prayer has been made to decide the representation which is pending before the respondents, it is directed that the respondents No.2/3 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
