1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Dantewada praying for extension of time to dispose of the Motor Accident Claim Case No.28/2017 between the parties Ku. Anita Mishra Vs. Rajesh Singh Bhadauria and Ors.

2. This Court had while disposing of the W.P.(227) No.283/2021 on 25.06.2021, directed the learned Tribunal to dispose of the case within a

-2period of 06 weeks. In previous M.C.C. No.433/2021, this Court again extended the time for disposing of the case vide order dated 25.08.2021. As it is mentioned in the request letter that the record of the case has been summoned by the High Court because of which the compliance of the order of this Court could not be made, hence, on this basis, the prayer made in the request letter is allowed.

3. It is ordered that the learned Tribunal shall have time of 06 weeks to dispose of the Claim Case No.28/2017 after the date, the record is received by it from this court.
