1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 10.09.2018, whereby the petitioner has been posted from Bodla, District Kabirdham to Gidam, District Dantewada.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been posted to one of the remotest area, where she may find it difficult to discharge her duties, particularly when her family is not residing there. He further submits that as on date also there are large number of posts which are lying vacant in the nearby vicinity to
District Mungeli as well as Bilaspur where the respondents could have accommodated the petitioner.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and let the authorities concerned take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. Meanwhile, the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall not be given effect to.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
