1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.282/2020 registered at Police Station Sakri District - Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 376, 506 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular

MCRCA No. 1811 of 2020 bail.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the concerned Court shall consider and decide the bail application on the same day.
