1. The present writ petition has been filed in a representative capacity seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed by the respondents as a permanent employee, however subsequently, vide Annexure P/1 he has been shown to be appointed/engaged for a period of three years subject to his services being satisfactory.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order (Annexure P/1) has changed the very nature of his status when compared to the order of appointment dated 17.06.2013. He submits that he has already made a representation to the respondent No.3 in this regard, but no decision has been passed till date.

4. Given the said limited grievance of the petitioner, let the respondent No.3 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order objectively deciding his contentions and also deciding the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.

5. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 90 days.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
