Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.09.2018 The present writ petition has been filed seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondents for releasing the death-cum-retiral dues payable to the petitioner being the widow of the deceased employee who died in harness on 19.12.2017.

Considering the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of
justice would meet if a direction is given to respondents 2 & 3 to personally look into the matter and to ensure that the payments due to the widow and the family members of the deceased employee be released at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to mention that the representation of the petitioner is also pending consideration which shall also be kept in mind by the authority concerned.
