1. The present petition has been filed for correction of crime number mentioned in order dated 22.08.2019 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 4124/2019 (Niten Pal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

2. Counsel for the Appellant submits that in the bail application itself crime number was wrongly mentioned as 76/2019 and accordingly the said crime number is printed in the bail order dated 22.08.2019 passed in MCRC No. 4124/2019. He further submits that the correct crime number is 11/2019. Thus, he prays for necessary correction.

3. On due consideration, the error is corrected. Crime Number 11/2019

be read in place of Crime Number 76/2019 in order dated 22.08.2019 passed in MCRC No. 4124/2019.
