1. The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that they were appointed in service on 02.11.2011 and since then they are continuously working and their probation period as such of two years completed in the year 2013 but till date the respondent has not taken any decision so far as the confirmation of their services is concerned.

2. Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondent may be directed to consider the case of the petitioners at the earliest.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, without commenting anything on the merits and

entitlement of the petitioners at this juncture, let the petitioners make detailed representations to the respondent within a period of 15 days from today and on such representations being made, let the respondent consider the claim of the petitioners on its merits and pass a suitable order in accordance with the rules governing the field. Let this decision be taken within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.
