Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 05/09/2019
1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 14.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tahsil Office Dhamtari to Tahsil Office Sukma.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner is one of the frequent transfer. The previous order of transfer was dated 20.02.2019 whereby the petitioner was transferred from Balrampur to Dhamtari. The petitioner submits that before Annexure P/3 dated 20.02.2019 was issued, the petitioner was transferred to Balrampur vide order dated 20.07.2016 Annexure P/2, whereby he was transferred from Raipur to Balrampur, thus there is a frequent transfer of the petitioner from one District to another District.
3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt
of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
