1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Gopalpur, Mahasamund to Paraswani, Mahasamund.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has never made request where she has been transferred. That, she made request for three different institutions, but she has not been transferred to any three places and has sent to altogether a different school and the order is stated to have been made on own request.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner within 10 days from today make an appropriate representation to respondent no.2 who in turn shall consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the request that the petitioner has made and decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

4. Till the representation is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
