1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Darbha, District Bastar to Sargipal, District Bastar.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he is ready to join at the transferred place but finds it difficult on account of one Smt. Vimla Kant already being posted there as Head Mistress.

3. Let this aspect be considered by the respondent No. 2 and appropriate steps be taken ensuring that order dated 22.08.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned is complied with at the earliest.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
