1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present Cr.M.P. with a liberty to move an appropriate application for releasing the vehicle on Supurdnama before the Collector before whom the confiscation proceeding is undergoing.

2. The aforesaid prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel.

3. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
