Petitioner has appeared in the M.A. (Sociology) Final Year Examination in March-April 2018. However, the respondent No.2 is allegedly not issuing the mark sheet to the petitioner, even though the petitioner has appeared in the said examination after obtaining due permission from the Department. 2.

Considering the nature of dispute brought before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner may

move representation before the respondent Nos.2 & 3 within 10 days from today and thereafter, the respondent No.3 shall either issue the mark sheet if there is no legal impediment, however, if for any lawful reason, the petitioner is not found entitled to receive the mark sheet, the respondent No.3 shall pass a reasoned order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
