1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.13/2017, registered in Police Station Jainagar, District Surajpur for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 (d)/(g) and 201/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.11.2017, however, the second bail application was dismissed on merits on 11.5.2018.

3. As there is no change in the circumstances since after rejection of the earlier bail applications, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra)
