The only prayer in this petition is that certain work order was issued to the petitioner for laying down the pipe lines. However, during execution of such work he was allowed to do some extra work as it was necessitated for completion of the work. It is therefore, submitted that extra work was carried out and the respondents may be directed to release the undisputed amount to the petitioner.

Learned State counsel do not concede to the submission made as it is contended that the instructions are still awaited. 3.
Be that as it may, the only prayer in this petition is made to release the undisputed amount. Without entering into merits if there is any undisputed amount lying at the end of the respondents, the respondents may release the same within 60 days.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
