The limited grievance which the petitioners have raised is for a direction to respondents no. 2 to 4 to consider the claim of the petitioners for absorption of their services under the services of the State Government. 2.

The petitioners in the past have filed a couple of writ petitions which were pertaining to allocation as also the benefit of pay and allowances. These writ petitions have been disposed of in the light of an order passed by the State Government, Department of Livestock Development, dated 11.5.2012.

According to the petitioners, though these orders have been passed in their favour but no formal order of absorption has been passed and the service of the petitioners is nearing to the age of superannuation, and thus prayed for appropriate direction to be given for an early decision to be taken in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents no. 2 and 4 to take the entire factual matrix of the case in consideration particularly the order of the Department of Live Stock Development dated 11.5.2012 and the disposal of the writ petitions i.e. WPS No. 5933/2011 as well as WPS No. 5225/2008 filed by the petitioner before this Court and pass an appropriate decision at the earliest. 6.

Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents no. 2 and 4 so far as order passed by this Court. 8.
