1. Counsel for the appellants was granted number of opportunities on earlier occasions to remove the default, but, till date the same could not be removed even after imposition of cost of Rs.300/-.

2. Today, also the matter was passed over once for want of any representation on behalf of the appellants. No one appears for the appellants even in the second.

3. In these circumstances, there is no other option left with the Court, but to dismiss the MAC for want of prosecution.
