1. This is the fifth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.38/2011 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1)(e) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988.

2. The bail application of the applicant has already been dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 10.11.2017 as such, this bail application cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the fifth bail application stands rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
