Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that this petition has become infructuous becase in the proceeding on the notice (Annexure-P/1) which was issued on 28-09-2021 no bids were received, therefore, the auction proceeding on this notice have been completed and no auction has taken place. For the reason that the petitioners are seeking remedy only against the annexure-P/1, hence, this petition has become infructuous. 2.
