Complainant - Ishwar Kashyap is present before this Court on notice. She has stated that she has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

It is ordered as prayed for.
