1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 21.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Manendragarh, District Korea to Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner recently suffered from Left Parietal Hemorrhage + Ischemic Strock and was treated at the Ramkrishna Care Hospital, Raipur and the treatment is continuing and after discharge from the Raipur he is presently under treatment at District Korea. At this juncture, more particularly when the petitioner is aged more than 58 years if the petitioner is now transferred at this stage of his service career, there would be great inconvenience both
to the petitioner and his family members as also the health of the petitioner would get adversely affected.
3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and the respondents in turn shall decide the representation within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation. Meanwhile, there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
