After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities by making a suitable representation so far as the grievance for grant of monetary compensation is concerned.

Subject to the petitioner making a representation, the respondents 2 to 4 are expected to decide the same in accordance with the rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
