Excise Act, registered at Police Station- Excise Circle, Bilaspur, DistrictBilaspur (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
