1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants as they are in jail since 23.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 424/2020, registered at Police Station Police Chowki- Belgahana, P.S.Kota, District Bilaspur(CG)for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Not opposed.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicants.
