The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.68/2020 registered at Police Station Manpur, Distt.- Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376(2)(n), 506 of the I.P.C.; Section 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(Va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is reserved in favor of the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
