1. This revision petition has been filed under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 01.09.2021 by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Balod, District Balod (C.G.). By this revision petition, the petitioner is seeking setting aside the order dated 01.09.2021 and directing the Court below to allow the applicant to recall the witnesses namely Namita Sonkar and Maya Sonkar..

2. Learned counsel for the applicant/State seeks to withdraw this revision with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.

3. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
