The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 18.6.2017 in connection with Crime No.129/2017 registered at Police Station- Patna, District Korea, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined.

The application for grant of bail stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
