This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.58/2020, registered at Police Station Berla, District Bemetara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (2)(i)(n) of the IPC and Section 5(I), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
