1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-3 dated 21.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Navin Mahavidhyalaya, Jamul, Bhilai, District: Durg to Government College, Kui Kukdur, District:Kabirdham, (C.G.).

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner was recently transferred vide order dated 05.10.2018 from Korba to Bhilai and pursuant to the said order dated 05.10.2018, the petitioner was

-2relieved only on 09.01.2019 and in less than 8 months time, he has again been transferred vide impugned order Annexure P-3.

3. Given the said facts that the impugned order has been passed in less than 8 months time that the petitioner having been transferred. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent shall consider the same within a period of further 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-3), so far as the petitioner is concerned.
