This Habeas Corpus petition is filed seeking a direction to produce the minor child of the petitioners, namely, Mohammad Aazam Khan (respondent No.6), before this Court and to give his custody to the petitioners. 3.

After some hearing, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of this writ petition in order to assail the order dated 21.10.2021 passed by the learned City Magistrate, Bilaspur in an application filed by the petitioners under Section 97 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 4.

In view of the above, without going to merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dated 21.10.2021 passed by learned City Magistrate, Bilaspur, in accordance with law and in case, any such application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
