1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the two orders of transfer dated 22.08.2019. In the first order Annexure P-1, the name of the petitioner reflects to have been transferred from Govt. Model Higher Secondary School, Jashpur to Govt. Higher Secondary School Dondi, District Balod. In the second order Annexure P-2, the name of the petitioner reflects to have been transferred from Govt. Model Higher Secondary School, Jashpur to District Education Officer, Balod.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he is aged around 59 years and he has got only 3 years of service left. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the circulars of the State Govt., the seniority of the cadre to which the petitioner belongs is maintained district wise and in case the petitioner complies the order, his seniority and promotional avenues would get adversely affected.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
